Nashville International Airport (BNA) is about 15 minutes from downtown by car. Rideshare is the easiest option. Uber and Lyft both operate from the airport.
The kids wanted to make this a surprise, but Tony is pretty terrible at keeping secrets, so the cat's out of the bag on this one.

Not at all. Saturday night is the main event — Friday and Sunday are just bonus time for whoever's in town. Come for as much or as little as you can.
